• All IVR transactions are available 24×7 and Agent assisted services are available between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days.
• Reporting loss of cards is an Agent assisted facility and is available 24 hours on all days.

(This facility is not available on 2nd & 4th Saturdays, all Sundays and Bank Holiday).

• Credit Card related services are available 24 hours on all days including Sundays and Bank holidays.
• Loan services are available between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on all days including Sundays and Bank Holidays.
• Demat and Loan Against Securities Account Services are available between 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m from Monday to Saturday
