HP Gas Complaint Management System
Given the fact that HP is one of the largest distributors of LPG in the country, there have been instances where customers have faced inconveniences. A complaint management system has been set up to handle any such issues with a dedicated portal for LPG related complaints. One can lodge a complaint regarding the services/products provided by the dealer, overcharging issues, failure to deliver gas etc.
HP GAS Public Grievance Redressal System
Following its objective of providing excellent customer service, HP has also set up a dedicated Public Grievance Redressal System, which caters to any complaints/grievances from the general public. Individuals who have any problem can meet Himachal Pradesh officials every Friday between 4 pm to 5 pm in the regional offices.
In case an aggrieved customer is unable to meet the above officers, they may approach Ms. Aruna Bhise, Public Grievance Manager or Mr. T. Suresh Kumar, Senior Manager, Public Grievances.
