What is meant by Pre-Site Safety Inspection (PSI)?
Pre-Site Safety Inspection (PSI) is an examination of the site before project work begins. This includes a general overview of the overall conditions in the area, assessment of compliance, interviewing of personnel and checking of operability of specific functions. This is done to identify potential risks and to report existing risks to the appropriate superior authority with suggested corrective actions before work begins.
