Cancellation/Ticket Refunds Policy

• If you want to cancel or change your flights online, then you can do it by click on Manage Reservation.
• The Electronic Ticket purchased through alaskaair.com, can request a refund online,
• as long as the ticket is wholly unused. For refunds on all other refundable electronic
• tickets, please contact Reservations for assistance.
• If you have to check the status of your refund contact customer care execcutive
• 206-392-7722 on weekdays between 9am-12pm & 1pm-4:30pm (
